ViralScore collects the information needed to create your account, run analyses, manage subscriptions, support your use of the service, and keep the platform secure and reliable. We aim to keep this simple, transparent, and proportionate to how the product works.
What we collect

We may also collect basic technical information needed to operate the site, such as browser, device, IP-related technical logs, and usage data.

We use this information to provide analyses, save results to your dashboard, manage your account, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, improve the service, measure performance, and keep the platform secure and reliable.
Payments, account services, and site security
Payments and subscription billing are handled securely by Stripe. ViralScore does not store and does not have direct access to your full confidential card, bank, or payment information.
Authentication, account access, and database services are handled securely through Supabase. This may include information such as your email address, account identifiers, and login-related data needed to operate your account.
ViralScore is hosted on Netlify and served over HTTPS using SSL/TLS encryption, which helps protect data sent between your browser and the site while you browse, log in, or submit information for analysis.
Analytics, ads, cookies, and third-party services
We may use trusted third-party services such as Google Ads, Stripe, Supabase, and Netlify to provide advertising, analytics, payments, account services, hosting, and site performance. These providers may process limited technical information, cookies, or usage data in line with their own privacy practices.
We may use cookies or similar technologies to understand how people use the site, improve performance, and measure marketing results. This can include Google Ads related tracking for visits, signups, and similar actions on the site.
Content you submit
The content you submit is used to generate analysis results and related outputs inside ViralScore. Please avoid uploading confidential or sensitive material that you would not want processed by an online creator tool.
How long we keep data
We keep account and analysis data only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate your account, provide the service, meet legal, billing, or security obligations, and resolve support issues. Some analytics, advertising, or payment-related records may also be processed or retained by third-party providers under their own policies.
Your choices
You can contact us if you need help with your account, want to ask a privacy question, or want us to review a deletion-related request. We aim to collect only the information reasonably needed to provide the service, support users, improve the product, and keep the platform secure.
