Refund Policy

ViralScore Pro is billed monthly unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. You can cancel anytime from the Manage Pro section in your dashboard.

Cancellation

If you cancel, your Pro access remains active until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund payments already made for the current period.

Refund requests

Refunds are not guaranteed automatically, but we do review requests fairly on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error, billed more than once, or had a genuine billing issue, please contact support and include the email address used for your account.

Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you believe there has been a duplicate charge, accidental charge, or another billing mistake, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review it promptly.
